- Package Transit Time: 3–6 days (Monday to Saturday).
- Total Delivery Time: 4–8 business days.
- Free delivery: Free Shipping within the United States.
- Tracking: Tracking details are provided by email once the order ships

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive another email containing tracking information
Potential Delays
If the maximum time for order delivery has passed and your order still has not arrived, allow up to 2 extra days (Monday to Saturday) and do not forget to use your tracking code. If your package still has not arrived, please contact us quoting your order number.
Order Cancellations
We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 60 minutes of purchase by contacting us via our Contact Us page and including your order number.
After this window, we are unable to make changes. If your order has already shipped, our 90-day return policy applies upon delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly at support@newyorkchristine.com and include clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange for either the correct item or a suitable replacement to be sent at no additional cost.
